STEP 2 PLACE AN ORDER:
Generally speaking, there is a two-day window for car pickup. Once the customer confirms the earliest possible pickup time, they can immediately contact our customer service to allow our scheduling team to arrange a driver as soon as possible.
Our representatives will schedule the most suitable driver based on each customer’s unique situation, which saves time for us and helps customers save money. We start scheduling 5-7 days before departure (cheaper ride-sharing slots will be released 1-2 days before departure).
Once we confirm the available schedules, we will provide customers with several options, each with slightly different pickup time, delivery time, and price.
To reserve a spot for the desired schedule, a deposit of $100-300 USD (depending on the driver) is required, along with signing the contract.
Our prices are the most transparent among all transportation companies, with no other hidden fees! Everything is in accordance with the contract.
STEP 3 PICK UP THE VEHICLE:
1.The truck driver will contact the person in charge of car pickup on the day before departure to confirm the exact pickup time.
2.A comprehensive inspection and record of the car’s condition will be conducted to prepare protective measures for the customer’s vehicle. Ensuring the safety of the car is our top priority.
3.After signing the Bill Of Lading with the customer, the car can hit the road!
STEP 4 DURING TRANSPORTATION:
We will provide you with real-time updates on the transportation status during the delivery process, and if you have any questions, you can also contact our customer service representatives for assistance.
The transportation time depends on the weather and traffic conditions at the time and may be subject to changes of about one day before or after the scheduled delivery date.
STEP 5 DELIVERY:
1.The driver will contact the customer one day / one hour in advance and make an appointment for the delivery time.2.when the vehicle is delivered.
2.When the vehicle is delivered. Confirm the condition of the vehicle is all safe and sound.
3.Sign the delivery document BOL and pay the final payment, The transportation is completed!
