A few weeks ago, we transported another car, this time a 2018 BMW 530i for the BMW of San Antonio. This vehicle was a secondhand car that was being shipped overseas – our job was to deliver it to a warehouse near the Los Angeles port so it could be loaded into a shipping container.
The car was in good condition overall. The driver did their inspection, noting down the chips and scratches, before asking the dealership to sign the bill of lading.
The driver then loaded the car up onto his truck, an open air trailer and set off. After five days, the driver arrived in Compton and delivered the car to the warehouse in good, if dusty, condition.
